VyrexPrivacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026.
We collect as little as possible to run the key system and stop abuse. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers on vyrex.win. The checkpoint providers you choose (work.ink or Linkvertise) run their own ads and have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Discord profile: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, when you sign in. We request the
identifyandguilds.joinscopes; the second is only used to add you to the Vyrex server. - Key data: your key, its plan and expiry, and when it was last used.
- Hardware ID: when the app checks your key it sends a hardware identifier. We store only a salted one-way hash of it, which is enough to recognise the same PC but not to recover the original value.
- Purchases: the plan you bought, when, and the email address you gave Stripe for the receipt. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
- Network and security data: IP addresses, browser user agent and checkpoint timings, used to detect bypassing, key farming and abuse.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in sessions expire after 14 days (website) or 30 days (app).
- Checkpoint records are deleted after 7 to 60 days. Routine logs are deleted after 14 days and security flags after 90 days.
- Your account and key stay until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies
vyrex.win uses only first-party cookies needed to work: a sign-in session cookie, a short-lived cookie during Discord sign-in, a short-lived cookie that ties each checkpoint to your browser, and a vx_in flag that tells pages you're signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot check, may set its own cookies when it runs.
Who processes it
The site and database run on Cloudflare. Sign-in goes through Discord. Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkpoints are confirmed with work.ink or Linkvertise using a one-time token; we don't send them your Discord details.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by opening a ticket in the Vyrex Discord. Deleting your data also deletes your key.
